This series of business driven project management workshops will investigate and highlight the practical application of project management tools and techniques, supported by a business driven focus towards success. These workshops are supportive of the philosophies of the Project Management Institute® (PMI®). However, with one exception, they are different from many current opportunities as their focus is real world, profit driven, business centric, enterprise success … not just to prepare the participant for PMI®, PMP® certification.
